  • CSA Building has high speed Internet (DSL) services provided by Verizon, prewired into every room (approximately 2000 kbps download, and 759 kbps upload).
  • CSA Building has a GTE Norstar telephone system, with a full time receptionist who stands ready to provide customary services (such as taking messages, transferring calls, notifying tenants of visitors) via built-in intercom and much more.
  • CSA Building is prewired for muliple telecommunication ports between each office and the central telecommunications room. This allows for quick and easy installation of a prospective tenants DSL and/or telephone system.

All lease rates include:
